岗位职责Job responsibilities

作为项目团队成员，协助项目经理完成新工厂装修工程的设计、施工、验收等全部任务。
As project member, support project manager to complete the new plant decoration, including the whole process from design, construction to acceptance.
依据项目时间表和里程碑，组建并管理公用工程和设备维护团队，以支持新工厂后期的运营。
Follow the project timetables and milestones, set up and manage Utility & Maintenance team to support new factory operation.
协助项目经理与生产团队、质量团队、客户的审核团队进行沟通，将相关方的要求落实细化，设计并交付一个科学的工厂。
Support project manager to communicate with Production team, Quality team and customer audit team, analyze the demand and then provide technical proposal, to design and deliver a scientific factory.
协助项目经理与设计院、装修供应商、设备供应商进行沟通，确保设计科学合理，施工过程安全有序，施工结果与设计初衷一致。
Support project manager to communicate with design institute, decoration supplier and equipment supplier to ensure design is scientific and reasonable, construction process is safe and orderly, construction result is consistent with original intention of design.



任职要求Job Qualifications

本科或以上学历，理工类专业，工程相关专业优先；

Bachelor degree or above, science and Technology specialty, major in Engineering is preferred;
2. 5年以上在食品、饮料、药品、化妆品行业的工作经验，其中2年以上公用工程、设备维护管理经验；

More than 5 years’ working experience in food, drink, medicine and cosmetics industries, more than 2 years working experience in Utility & Maintenance Management.
3.有1年以上的团队管理经验。

More than 1 years’ experience in team management.
4.有较强策划组织能力、沟通协调能力、分析与解决问题的能力.

Strong ability of planning, organizing, communicating and coordinating, analyzing and solving problems.
5.诚实正直、敢于担责、有大局观和团队协作精神。

Honest and integrity，dare to bear the responsibility、have the great vision and team work spirit.
6.良好的英文口语及书写能力。

Good oral and written English skills.
7.良好的AutoCAD制图能力。

Good drawing skills by AutoCAD.
