PositionDescription岗位描述:1.采购指定物品；Procurementoftheassignedgoods.2.严格遵从采购流程，在保证所购物品符合指定的技术指标或要求的前提下，及时有效的通过各项措施保证低价采购的进行：Ensurelowcostprocurementbyprofessionalprocurementexecution,undertheconditionofmeetingtechnical/requiredspecificationandgivenprojectscheduleby:-在既定的采购策略下进行日常采购工作；Responsibleforadequateoperationalimplementationofdevelopedprocurementstrategies-在授权范围内主导议价；Leadingnegotiationsuptoassignedlevelofauthorization-为供应商优化提供支持；Supportstheoptimizationofsourcingactivities-在授权范围内制定和协商当地采购协议的框架；DevelopandnegotiatethelocalFrameworkagreementsuptotheassignedlevelofauthorization-开发新的供应商和完善已有供应商的组合（如进行供应商评估和开发新的供应商）Developmentofnewsuppliersincludingtheoptimizationoftheexistingsupplierportfolio(incl.supplierevaluationanddevelopment)-及时准备投标文档及评估表，以确保PO和合同能按项目计划按时签订；TimelypreparationofbiddingdocumentsandevaluationsheetsandensurethatPOandcontractsaresignedontimetomeetprojectschedule-管理采购运作和交易；Managesoperationalandtransactionalpurchasingprocesses3.主管交待的其它任务，如：Othertasksassignedbythesupervisor-日常采购运作中的产品开发及供给，成本核算，样板准备和价格谈判等等；Responsiblefortheday-to-daymerchandisingoperationsincludingproductdevelopment,sourcing,costing,samplingandpricenegotiation-寻找新的供应商。Sourcingofnewsuppliers4.确保采购流程的诚信和真实性，为所有供应商提供公平竞争的机会。Ensuringintegrityandethicsaresustainedthroughoutthesourcingeventsprocessandalevelplayingfieldforallsuppliersinvolved.QualificationsandCompetencies任职要求及资格:1.大专（含）以上学历；Collegediplomaorabove.2.具有3年（含）以上采购工作经验（有食品行业采购工作经验更佳）；Minimum3yearsofpurchasingexperience,preferablyinfoodindustry.3.英语口语和书写均佳；GoodcommandofEnglish,bothverbalandwriting.4.突出的谈判技巧和能力；Excellentnegotiationskill.5.极强的职业道德，正直诚实；Demonstratestrongworkethics,integrityandho
